You teleport into the radio station where Lee Kuan Yew was giving the first of several radio talks to persuade Singaporeans to accept merger. The date is 13 September 1961.

As you listen to Lee speak about what merger means, why it is good for Singaporeans, why it is coming and why some people are deliberately creating troubles and difficulties over merger to prevent it from taking place.

You want to warn Lee Kuan Yew about how politicial differences between Singapore and the Federal Government of Malaysia would eventually lead to separation. For example, the PAP advocated a "Malaysian Malaysia" in which people of all races were given an opportunity to succed while this vision was not shared by the Federal Government.

After Lee's talk, you try to approach him and ask for a few minutes to talk.
